Warren Hall Coutts, III Presidential Memorial Scholarship
Criteria:
1. The student must present a portfolio of his/her artwork to the following committee: a) Dean of Fine Arts & Communication and/or Lead Instructor of the Art Department b) Butler Art Faculty c) Representative of the Coutts MemorialMuseum of Art. The work selected by the judges can be in any medium; painting, printmaking graphics, sculpture, ceramics, etc.
2. The applicant’s portfolio must show high quality of production in the studio arts and must also show similar achievement in general education studies
3. The student will answer questions from the judges about his/her work
4. The student must have an overall GPA of 2.0 or higher
5. Coutts scholarship recipients will agree to exibit art work at the Coutts Memorial Museum of Art and the White Gallery of Art
