O.J. Connell, Jr. Presidential Memorial Scholarship

Criteria:
1. Recipient must have a 2.5 cumulative high school GPA
2. Must be a Butler County resident
3. Selection preference toward students interested in the field of government and/or law. If no such student is available, a student with an undecided major may receive the award.
