Criteria:
1. Recipient must be a full-time student engaged in the study of agriculture
2. Merit-based
3. Recipient must be a high school graduate with a GPA of 3.5 or higher
4. Preference given to students showing leadership qualities through school or community involvement
5. Renewable with the maintenance of a 3.5 GPA
