Runyan Family

Darryl Runyan passed away in 2025. Darryl always loved to learn something new and would always put 1000% into everything he did. A true geek at heart if he could watch Star Trek and play World of Warcraft all day that would’ve been a perfect day to him. He loved big and if you ever needed something he was always there for you. Although he had a lot of passions, like graphic design, video editing, musicals, hockey, Marvel, Harley Quinn, video games, pool, Dungeons & Dragons, and fixing up his truck, his true passion was the classroom. For 15 years he poured his heart and soul into teaching students how to be successful in the world of graphic design, game design, and digital media. This memorial scholarship was established in 2026 by Darryl’s wife, Sarah, his children, and family.
