Frank & Sally Freeman

About the Frank & Sally Freeman Scholarship: Frank joined the Foundation Board of Directors in 1994. He served as vice president in 1997, president in 1998 & 1999. Frank and Sally know how important it is for young people to have funds available to further their education to help them become productive citizens in the community. Sara, Frank and Sally’s daughter is very active in the performing arts. Frank and Sally see the important role their daughter’s involvement in the performing arts has played in her development.
